Crispy Honey Lime Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c honey
- 1 lime juiced and zested
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions

- Preheat to 71°F

Add 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chili powder , 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to bowl, and stir

Rub mixture on chicken

Heat to 118°F

Add 2 Tbsp olive oil to pan

Add seasoned chicken to pan.

Flip chicken

Flip chicken back over

Remove chicken from pan

Add 1/2 c honey to pan

Add 1 lime juiced and zested to pan

Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce to pan

Stir ingredients

Add chicken back to pan

Spoon sauce over chicken pieces

Note: If chicken thighs are thicker and/or struggling to reach 165 degrees internally, you can bake for few minutes in the oven at 400 degrees until done.

Remove ingredients from pan
Finishing Instructions
- The sauce makes these even yummier served over rice.
- Drizzle with sauce as you plate the chicken.
